Does listing cost anything?
No. Your listing, your page and appearing in search are free.
When do I use a credit?
Only when you send a proposal, including to quote requests from clients. Browsing and reading event details are free.
Do credits expire?
No. Your oldest credits are used first, and unused credits stay in your account.
What if the client cancels?
If the client cancels a service or the whole event while your proposal is still in the running, the credit comes back to you automatically.
What if the client chooses someone else?
No. The credit is for sending the proposal and putting it in front of the client, whatever they decide. It also isn’t returned if you withdraw the proposal or it expires.
